Can I add images or videos to my messages?
Yes. Blast247 allows you to add images and videos to your messages when sending through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
However, SMS messages are text-only. Our SMS portal does not support sending images or videos.
Can I resend campaign messages?

Can I schedule my messages to be sent on a later date?

Can I send 1,000,000+ messages at once?
Yes. Our infrastructure is built to handle both small and high-volume campaigns while maintaining reliable delivery performance.
Why am I being charged for 2 SMS pages for a 161-character message?
A standard SMS can contain up to 160 characters. Once your message reaches 161 characters, it is automatically become 2 SMS pages by the mobile network.
For longer messages, each page holds 153 characters instead of 160 because 7 characters are reserved to join the parts together on the recipient's phone.

Example: A message with 161 characters is billed as 2 SMS pages, even though it exceeds the first page by just one character.
Targeting & Leads
Can I target a particular country, Region, State, Municipal or City?
Yes. Campaign targeting can be based on available country, region, state, muniipal or city, industry, audience and other targeting criteria.
Can I target businesses in a particular industry?
Yes. Industry and business-category targeting are core parts of the Blast247 campaign concept.
Can I see and copy the usernames or phone numbers of those prospects?
Absolutely — you can view all the prospects available for targeting. To protect our database (which is a core part of what makes Blast247 valuable), the contact details appear blurred and can't be copied directly.
How often do you update your contact database?
We refresh and filter our contact database every 3 months to remove inactive contacts and improve the overall quality and accuracy of our data.
WhatsApp, Telegram and Other Platforms
Do I need to connect my social media account?
No.
You do not need to connect your personal or business Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or Telegram account to Blast247.

How are you able to send bulk messages without connecting my account?
We intentionally do not connect customers' personal accounts because that can increase the risk of restrictions. For WhatsApp, we use the official WhatsApp Business API and Meta's business infrastructure. For Telegram, we use the Telegram Bot API together with enterprise delivery accounts. Our system intelligently rotates approved sending resources to ensure campaigns are delivered safely, reliably, and with minimal interruptions.
As for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, our powerful automation bot is built to deliver your campaigns programmatically, ensuring reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted message distribution.
Will my WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or TikTok account be banned?
No, because your personal account is never connected to our platform. We use enterprise messaging infrastructure instead of your personal account.
Why are some social media platforms unavailable in my country on Blast247?
In countries where certain social media platforms are banned or restricted by the government, those platforms may also be inaccessible through Blast247. In such cases, you may only be able to use SMS to reach your target audience.

How do I pay for a campaign?
After setting up your campaign, Blast247 shows the required campaign funding. You fund the campaign before launching it.
How much does a single message cost?
Blast247 uses a simple credit-based pricing system. 1 Blast247 Credit is approximately $0.0038.
The number of credits required depends on the messaging channel:
- Facebook: 2 Credits — $0.0076 per message (No character limits, allows image or video and with link)
- Instagram: 2 Credits — $0.0076 per message (No character limits, allows image or video and with link)
- TikTok: 2 Credit — $0.0076 per message (No character limits, allows image or video and with link)
- WhatsApp: 2 Credit — $0.0076 per message (No character limits, allows image or video and with link)
- Telegram: 2 Credit — $0.0076 per message (No character limits, allows image or video and with link)
- SMS: 1 Credit — $0.0038 per page (Only Text allowed)
Simply purchase Blast247 Credits and use them across your preferred messaging channels. Your credit balance is automatically deducted based on the channel you use.
What's the minimum message size I can pay for?
The minimum is 1,000 messages per campaign.
Do I pay extra for scraping contacts and usernames?
No — there's no separate charge for that. You only pay based on the number of prospects you want to target and reach.
Do you refund messages that are not delivered?
Yes. Any messages that are not delivered are automatically refunded as credits to your dashboard balance. Refunds are not sent to your bank account, and withdrawals are not available. Your credited balance can be used for your next campaign
Do unused credits expire?
No. Your dashboard credits remain available until you use them for another campaign.
Delivery & Reporting
Why are some of my bulk messages pending or failed?
Our platform sends bulk messages in controlled batches rather than all at once. Messages are queued and released gradually using a smart timing algorithm to improve delivery stability.
Pending: The message is in the sending queue and will be sent automatically when its turn is reached.
Failed: The message could not be sent due to network interruptions.
Blast247 refunds your credit when messages fail to reach the inbox.
What happens to invalid phone numbers?
Invalid or unreachable numbers are marked as failed, and eligible undelivered messages are refunded to your dashboard credit balance.
Do I need to keep my system running while my messages are being sent?
No — Blast247 is cloud-based, so it delivers your campaigns without requiring your system to stay on.
